  1. Construct a plane along the circular hole path
  2. Sketch a circle with ~2mm diameter
  3. Use Create β†’ Sweep, set profile and path
  4. Choose operation as Cut

  1. Convert blocks to components
  2. Create Assembly: Assemble β†’ Joint, Shaft as Component 1, Block as Component 2
  3. Joint type: Simple & Revolute
  4. Add remaining blocks with joint

  1. Right-click component β†’ Appearance
  2. Drag material to body or specific faces
  3. Custom color: right-click β†’ Edit β†’ choose color

  1. Switch to Render workspace
  2. Adjust Scene Settings (lighting/background)
  3. Render and save image
  4. Upload render to Lab Drive as "LastName_FirstName_keychain"

Part 15: Export STL Files & Share Fusion Project

  1. Export each component as STL ("LastName_FirstName_Number")
  2. Upload STL files to Drive folder
  3. Share Fusion 360 project link with instructors
